EssentialsX - Premium Configuration v3.2

Updated configuration for CmdFX since new config structure was introduced. No major changes in Essentials' configuration.

• Added sounds on commands, using CmdFX (a plugin developed by myself)

Hey everyone! We've released a major update to the config. It now features a complete redesign of all messages and supports the latest version of the EssentialsX plugin.

Since this update required a line-by-line rewrite and a lot of effort, we're introducing a small fee for the new version to help support the project's development.
