What is EvoMobs?​

EvoMobs adds a deep evolution system on top of vanilla Minecraft mob breeding. Every bred mob inherits a generation number. Breed long enough across generations 0 to 15 and you'll create truly Elite mobs with unique abilities, rarity tiers, and visual auras that show everyone on your server who actually put in the work.

Vanilla breeding becomes a long-term progression loop your players will keep coming back to.

Features​

✦ Evolution System
Every bred mob has a generation, from Gen 0 (wild) to Gen 15 (Mythic). Higher generations mean stronger, rarer mobs with better abilities.

✦ 13+ Mob Types
Wolves, horses, foxes, camels, llamas, pigs, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, cats, rabbits, striders, and more. Each species has its own unique ability set and stat ranges.

✦ 3 Ability Tiers Per Species
Tier I unlocks at low generations. Tier II at mid. Tier III at endgame. Abilities trigger in combat, while mounted, or as auras that buff nearby allies.

✦ 6 Rarity Tiers with Gradient Nameplates
Common (Gen 0-2), Uncommon (Gen 3-4), Rare (Gen 5-7), Epic (Gen 8-10), Legendary (Gen 11-14), Mythic (Gen 15). Higher rarity mobs glow with colored aura particles so Elite mobs are visible from across the world.

✦ Detailed Stats GUI
Right-click any horse or mount to open a clean stats panel showing name, generation, rarity, active abilities, and full stat ranges (Health, Attack, Speed, Jump).

✦ Server Leaderboard
Players compete to breed the highest-generation mobs on the server. Built-in leaderboard via /mobs top.

• /mobs info — View a mob's stats and generation
• /mobs top — Server leaderboard of highest-generation mobs
• /mobs settings — Plugin settings

Requirements​

• Paper 1.21.11 or any Paper fork
• Java 21 or higher
• No configuration needed. Drop EvoMobs.jar into your plugins folder and restart.
