I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience with BuildByBit was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete scam.

I paid for this and either received nothing or something far below the quality promised. Communication was poor, responses were delayed or non-existent, and when I asked for a refund or resolution, I was ignored or given excuses.

What was advertised seemed professional and trustworthy, but once they had my money, the customer service and professionalism disappeared. It honestly feels like they took my money and ran.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with this BuildByBit Creator . Do your research and look for verified reviews elsewhere. I wish I had.

Good Panel, but not so good support. they almost never answer or leave me on read for hours. I still have problems and my customers are waiting till we are getting online.

Great support when i needed the most i couldn't get it to work Retro (owner) got it to work and spent his own time in the middle of the night and he got it working at 1 am i highly recommend this product not because of how good it looks its how they provide the support you need, retro also made a exe file for people to use to save themself time to install everything one by one but the exe he created made it to do it all for you. LOVE THE HELP BROTHER🆙️🆙️
