The creator of tuinity noticed that with 200 players and 130 cows on chunk, he puts such a heavy load on the Netty I/O that you can't do anything. After this patch, the latency is 0ms, which has been optimized very well.

complexity to O(1) complexity - it means that now the algorithm will save a lot of CPU and download the object immediately, not interacting with each player and checking his UUID - With 500 players, there could be a situation that the algorithm was executed over 490 times !!! Now it is only done ONCE!
This option came about for two reasons:
- New option NBTSkipProtector - while this option is enabled and we detect NBT exploit attack we won't kick attacker, we will just skip data that he sent to server.
1. If you don't want the attacker to disconnect from the server
2. It is a bit of an option to irritate people trying to attack our server (͡ ° ͜ʖ ͡ °)
- Packet Compressor and Decompressor run in native way from this update - That mean whole compression and decompression is executed in compiled C code which should be a lot of faster than java deflater!
- Huge update in lighting - Reduce chunk loads and gap check for neighbour chunks!
- Speed up mob limit per player
- PandaWire will cooperate with redstone tick limit and disable abused redstone instead of remove from world
