• DataStoreService — Used for persistent jail sentences. The experience must be published. Studio API access is only required when testing DataStores in Studio.
• HttpService — Only required for optional webhook logging.
• Creator Hub experience secret named ARREST_WEBHOOK_URL — Only required for optional webhook logging.
