Hyvote v1.2.0

This release adds Postgres support and fixes several bugs.
Changelog:
  • Fixes a bug causing keys to not be saved in the correct PEM format
  • Fixes a typo in the CREATE TABLE statement when initializing non-SQLITE databases
  • Vote packets no longer require the player's UUID to be set - the plugin now calculates that from the username
  • PostgreSQL is now supported
