Protection fix

Fixes a major issue that allowed players to place schematics in protected areas

Disable rotating globally and on a per-schematic basis

  • Fixed a bug causing commands not to work in 1.17-1.19
  • Added /itemschematics edit rotation true/false
  • Added allow-rotating in the config.yml
  • Bug fixes to ensure seamless compatibility with 1.21+
