QoL Changes

► Changelog:
  • Added a new Presence Echo sound: Fire.

  • If KingBlocks are hidden for a player, they will no longer see particles even if particles are enabled.
  • If KingBlocks are hidden for a player, they will no longer hear Presence Echo sounds even if they are enabled.
  • Changed a couple messages.
