Bug Fix and Notification Update

Minor problems with collisions have been fixed. Also, you do not need to return TextChatService to the old Chat settings during installation. A notification system compatible with current chat settings has now been introduced.

Bug Fixes and Npc Improvements

Some Minor Bugs Fixed. Additionally, moving around and anti-collision features have been added to NPCs.
