random outpost scheduler is not working
random outpost should not have random ids
capturer should get an warning if his inventory is full

Before if random outpost was left un captured it would not remove the outpost after some time now it does and its configurable

They spawn randomly in one of the worlds at a random coordinate ( coordinate range and world's configurable)
They spawn a structure, which is stored in .nbt format by the user. After capturing, the structure dissapears undoing any block damage done to the location.
Better Holograms, BossBar, particles implemented
Now user can configure Rewards and Schedules for each outpost separately.
