Fixed pay toggling not checking correctly

This update has 2 changes:

• There is no more code obfuscation (as it was messing with vault)
• Vault implementation is now fixed
• There is now a config option for larger abbreviations, (e.g., 1k → 1K)

YAML:

large-abbreviation: true # Abbreviation will be uppercase (e.g., 1k → 1K)

A small fix for vault

Added migration, essentialsx supported

This version adds some new content:

• Folia support
• You can now run the history command on others (with required permissions)
• Removes the aliases in config; they are now predefined
