En general, el setup funciona bien, está configurado de buena manera y tiene varias cosas especiales, pero muchas veces se duplican los plugins y necesitas un developer para resolver los crasheo qué da a veces porque chocan entre sí los pl.
Puede que no a todos les paso, pero lo digo para que lo tengan presente.
Pero si vemos todo en general, es un buen setup aunque yo le bajaría unos 3usd el precio.

Hola, el problema de duplicación del plugin solo está ocurriendo de tu lado. Abre un ticket si quieres que revise el problema. Builtbybit se queda con el 25 % del dinero :)

SimpleClaimSystem v2 — Highly Recommended!
This is by far the best plugin for servers where players need to protect their builds. The switch from v1 to v2 was great, and the team is incredibly helpful — they answer so many questions and really support you.
Version 2 is super customizable. You can configure claims in so much detail, right down to whether visitors are allowed to press buttons or not. The level of customization is impressive.
It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, since there's a lot to take in. But once you work your way through everything, it turns out to be an incredibly powerful tool.
I can only recommend it!

This Home plugin is really excellent, and I like almost everything about it. However, there's one thing that prevents me from using it.

The home placeholders are displayed as **Ev1, Ev2**, etc. I believe it would look much better if they were displayed as **Home 1, Home 2** instead.

I kindly request the developer to consider changing **Ev1/Ev2** to **Home 1/Home 2**. Once this is fixed, I'll be happy to give this plugin a **5-star rating**.
