1.21.4 update

Changelog:
  • Updated to 1.21.4
  • Removed entitylifespan since you can get the same results using Paper config
  • added eperimental Hoppers optimizations
  • added expermintal async path finding
  • added experimental async mob spawning

This update took really long due to the new experimental optimizations added. While this update won't break your server, It's still not recommended to use it until all our new patches are marked as stable

1.21.3 is now out of beta
