Update / fix of the license API for locked + obfuscated versions

- Added a support system: When a specific text is present in your Discord status, you are assigned a configurable role in config.js.

- Added +timeout and +untimeout commands, which allow you to inflict or remove a timeout on a user by specifying a duration and reason. You can also configure how the message is sent and how it is formatted (embed or plain text).

- Added the +warn commands to warn a user, +warnings to view a user's warnings, and +unwarn to remove a warning. Warnings are saved in a JSON file, which will be generated automatically when first booted with version 1.0.5.

- Added a configurable anti-ping system, allowing you to define roles and users protected against pings. If a member mentions a configured user or role in the settings, they will automatically receive a warning.

Added two commands, +unban and +ban, with the possibility to choose between a display with or without embed according to your preference.
