Epic in all of the ways. The author helped me paste the schematic and was very friendly. The spawn is just 16 dollars. That is insane its a really good deal. Will buy more builds in future! 5/5.

I encountered a lot of problems with the map like the fact that we can enter the houses when they are supposed to be closed and so on.

The build is excellent. There is a lot of detail on this map! It's very well built and well put together. I did not think the map was this well detailed from screenshots and schematics look. This build is very underrated and is far past anything I could've imagined

This is an amazing build. To say its non-exclusive I'm surprised it's not highly used. for $16 this is the best bargain you can invest in for your server. This guy plays it down so casually in the description. There is a bloody serpent in the water surrounding the build, made from stone brick, bedrock and coloured glasses (blue and purple), this may sound awful, but it is highly detailed, even including a tail and twisted body throughout the water.

Personally, I would recommend asking for or uploading the world file attached to this, as it makes life lots easier for people uncomfortable with terraforming or world edit. This build does blend nicely with basic minecraft terrain if it's terraformed slightly (minimal) on the edges, this is purely because the level of terraforming and detail put into this build is NOT GIVEN JUSTICE, on how impressive it is.

This build offers ideal space for RP servers or servers using the Citizens plugin, to utilise the houses and other various structures. Ample space for small NPC shops, as well as space for small holographic signs. I would recommend this build to anyone looking for a unique server spawn or city fantasy/medieval city build for their server. Definitely worth investing in. Support this guy's work. It truly is amazing.

Rownenborgh is a unique project that provides any server owner with all the required aspects of a spawn; I currently have crates, supply drops, information boards, shop, kits preview blocks, pvp area and command npcs in the spawn. It is also massive which is great because you can use it for different purposes. It is also entertaining for players since they roam around to discover it and the furnished homes are a great addition. I would definitely recommend this build if you are an owner of a survival, factions, creative or survivalgames server.

Really nice build! Super detailed and was over my expectations! Well worth the money!!!!
