Has a lot of materials for a single pack and developer is already adding significant items like a jousting arena and lower tier housing. While it appears somewhat pricey, in the end, you get more from this than a handful of other building packs. The buildings are nice and separated and have different jsons so you can use them where and how you want. It's a huge positive that materials are being added.
