Some messages would send twice

Now works with 1.21.4

When using prefix and the message was empty, it would still send it

- if home renaming is disabled, when right clicked it will teleport the players
- added modernhome prefix
to use it, add this inside messages.yml
prefix: '&b&lModernHome &8» ' # USE 'NONE' if you don't want to use prefix

disable-home-renaming: false

# Allow ALL chat messages
# If set to false it won't send ANY chat message whatsoever

Now work in the GUI too

Now 1.21.x is supported

New features:

• Home-set-chat now has an actionbar too
• Ability to disable all chat message and same thing with action bar (check config.yml)
• Added /home delete <home number>
• Now inside confirm gui, the dyed bed will appear instead of the normal delete item
• Added a feature to disable home renaming (config.yml)
• "Plugin reloaded!" message is now editable
• Now any messages that has "" inside it, won't be sent

Java 1.8 is now supported
New option in config.yml:
disable-subcommands: false
