OPTIMIZING SCRIPTS FOR HEAVY MAPS/GAMES

Addition of admin system to force skip music and update the skip vote system using 'Fixed' and 'Percentage' modes. Update to Queue system, now you can set music to be automatically added to the queue when auto play mode is on.
