Empty inventory deaths - Places a sign with funny configurable messages instead of a chest if players inventory is empty
Lava placement bug - Players can now place lava near themselves, just not other players if PVP is allowed.
Nametag visibility - Fixed to use main scoreboard so all players see hidden tags
Config check - hide-nametags now respects the config setting
BannedPlayers.yml - Uses username instead of UUID
ServerUtils - Removed invalid Bedrock-only gamerule
