NClaim Advanced Claim System v3.4.1

News:
1. Added Admin Menu.

• 1.1 Admin can manage All Claims in the game.
• 1.2 Admin can manage Claim coop members. (Add, Kick, Permissions)
• 1.3 Admin can manage Claim lands. (Buy)
• 1.4 Admin can change Claim expiration time. (Extend, Subtract)
• 1.5 Admin can delete the Claim rapidly.

2. Added explosion sound and smoke particle on claim time expiration
3. Added Claim delete button in the claim menu.
4. Added page system in claim list
5. Added 1.16+,1.17+,1.18+ support.

Changes:
1. FancyHologram no longer supporting.
2. Deleted some admin commands. (delete, add(expiration-time)&remove, chunkinfo)
3. Languages have been made more readable.
4. PvP listener fixed.

1. Removed command:
- 1.1 /nclaim admin <change>
2. Added DecentHologram support (softdepend)
- 2.1 If neither FancyHolograms nor DecentHolograms is present on the server, the plugin will shut itself down.
3. If you right-click the chunk you selected while expanding the claim, particles will appear around that chunk. (Need the open particles in game settings)
4. Added claim settings menu:
- 4.1 Claim owner can enable or disable PvP.
- 4.2 Claim owner can prevent TNT explosions from breaking blocks.
- 4.3 Claim owner can prevent Creeper explosions from breaking blocks.
- 4.4 Claim owner can toggle whether players can attack animals.
- 4.5 Claim owner can enable or disable monster spawning.
- 4.6 Claim owner can enable or disable animal spawning.
- 4.7 Claim owner can allow or prevent interactions with villagers.
