Nicolas's Chat Commands Manager was made to solve the issue of servers using two, three, or even four addons just for the chat commands they need- but even then, sometimes they wont work together. It allows you to create as many chat commands for what you want, whether it be local chat commands like local ooc, or global commands like comms. You can also go as far as restrict teams who can see or send these messages!
