NoLag is a dynamic, lightweight optimization tool designed specifically for modern Minecraft servers (1.21+).Instead of blindly wiping entities on a timer, NoLag actively monitors your server's TPS and reacts progressively to lag spikes, entity cramming, and malicious lag machines all without requiring a single Skript addon.
Core Features & Modules
- Dynamic TPS States: The script operates in 3 states (Green, Yellow, Red). If TPS drops, NoLag automatically triggers the appropriate response, from silent junk clearing to aggressive deep cleans.
- Smart Item Culling: Not all dropped items are equal. NoLag safely removes junk (dirt, cobble, flesh) while strictly protecting valuable player drops (diamonds, netherite, shulkers, and named items).
- Chunk Farm Limiter: Automatically culls dense entity farms to keep chunks within a safe limit (e.g., 30 mobs per chunk). It safely ignores named pets, armor stands, and villagers.
- Mob AI Freezer: Instant CPU relief. During critical lag spikes, NoLag temporarily freezes mob movement and AI pathfinding.
- Heavy-Duty Protection: Built-in safeguards against TNT spam exploits and automated piston lag-machines.
- Interactive Admin GUI: Control every module, trigger manual sweeps, and toggle live monitoring straight from a clean in-game menu.
In-Game Monitoring
Keep your admins informed without spamming the chat. Use /nolag monitor to toggle a sleek, real-time Action Bar UI that tracks server TPS and current performance states (Green/Yellow/Red).
Commands & Permissions
Admin Commands: (Permission: nolag.admin)- /nolag - Opens the Main Control Panel (GUI).
- /nolag monitor - Toggles the live TPS Action Bar.
