The installation is very simple: DRAG & DROP.
This resource is a configuration for GuiFX. GuiFX does not create menus, it is an overlay engine... You can use DeluxeMenus / any other existing menu plugin or alternatively replace the Minecraft resource files. Animated GUI only works with the GuiFX plugin installed. You can edit the theme.yml file to change settings.
