AI Support is a Paymenter extension that connects your ticket system to an AI of your choice: OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, or any OpenAI-compatible API. When a customer opens a ticket, the AI reads it and sends a real reply within seconds. If it can't answer, it stays silent and pings you on Discord instead.
Built this after getting tired of answering the same "how do I restart my server" and "where do I find my IP" questions 10 times a day. Now the bot handles the easy stuff and I only step in when something actually needs attention.

- Replies to tickets automatically using your own AI API key
- You write the system prompt: tell it your company name, tone, what it can and can't say
- Paste in your server specs, plans and policies so the AI actually knows what it's talking about
- Pick which departments it handles (disable it for billing, legal, etc.)
- Once a real staff member replies, the AI backs off completely for that ticket
- If the AI has no answer, it stays quiet and sends a Discord notification so you can follow up
