The extension works fine for sending test SMS messages manually, but it’s missing the most essential feature — automatic SMS sending on client registration or other key events (like invoice creation or payment confirmation).

Without automation, the plugin is basically useless in real production — it requires manual action each time, which defeats the purpose of integration.

If you add automatic event-based SMS (for example on UserRegistered, InvoiceCreated, InvoicePaid), it would make this extension actually valuable for hosting/billing platforms using Paymenter.
