Bug fixes:
• Purchases now persist correctly across restarts when using CoinsEngine
• If saving a purchase to the database fails after coins were taken, the plugin refunds the price and shows a clear error instead of silently treating it as success

Improvements:
• New player-facing message when a purchase cannot be saved (with automatic refund)

Improvements:
• Per-viewer glow scoreboards are reused instead of creating a new empty scoreboard on every refresh, which cuts heavy scoreboard team churn on busy servers
• With TAB installed, players who already use a non-main scoreboard keep that board and only PerfGlow-managed teams are cleared and rebuilt
• If viewer-scoreboard-refresh-ticks is missing from config, the built-in default now matches the documented 5-tick cadence instead of every tick
• Team membership updates skip addEntry when the player is already on the correct team (main-scoreboard / non–per-viewer path)

• Sort, filter, and select-item sort items support %dynamic_options% (or %sorting_options% / %filter_options%) in lore so footer lines can appear below the generated option list

• Per-viewer scoreboard refreshes from glow updates are coalesced (at most one full refresh next tick) to cut packet/reflection spikes from blink, rainbow, and team changes

• Added config option view-distance (default: 64 blocks). Glow is only visible to other players when they are within this range.

Bug fixes:
• Visibility options now apply correctly: "Own" shows only your glow, "Other" only other players, "None" shows no glows.
