• Added /tptoggle to block all incoming /tpa and /tpahere requests with highest priority over the other toggles

• Teleport GUI no longer opens when you receive a /tpa or /tpahere request (if you've disabled it using /tpaguitoggle /tpasendguitoggle)
• Accept confirmation GUI now only appears when you run /tpaccept
• /tpatoggle now blocks both /tpa and /tpahere requests
