• Added an update-checker that sends a message to server staff and the console if a new update is detected.
• Fixed enchant boosters not applying to all players — boosters now go to every online player, not just those currently inside their mine
• Fixed mid-event join boosters — players who join the server or enter their mine during an active event now receive the booster with remaining time
• Switched enchant boosters from global to per-player — replaced the old addGlobalBooster hack (which was additive and fired loud bossbar/chat announcements) with per-player giveBooster + removeBooster for clean application and removal
• Removed the BoosterActivateListener suppression wrapper — no longer needed since per-player boosters don't trigger the global booster announce events
• Fixed booster removal on event stop — enchant boosters are now cleanly revoked via removeBooster() instead of the old override hack that layered addGlobalBooster(null, 1.0, true, 1) on top
• Added Safe Config Updater — automatically detects plugin updates and merges configuration files without destroying server owner customizations
• Preserves owner-modified config values while adopting new defaults for unchanged values
• Automatically adds new config keys from updates and removes deprecated keys
• Creates new config files introduced in updates automatically
• Works for all future updates using shadow default file tracking — no hardcoded version logic
• Shadow defaults moved to hidden .updater-cache/ folder — no more visible .defaults files in the data folder root

- Made it so that now anybody gets the boost, regardless if they are in their mine or not. Before there was a bug where because players outside of their mines did not get the booster, if they teleported to their mines during the event they would not gain the booster. Now it is applied to everyone no matter where they are, for better ease.

• Fixed a bug where some boosters, such as Pickaxe XP and others, would not function properly.
• Fixed a warning that appeared in the console that files could not be saved if the server was restarted.
• Specific boosters, such as currency boosters, now appear in PinnaPrison's /boosters GUI.
• Added a way to boost enchant proc rates.
• Added an enchant proc rate booster event. When this event is activated by the plugin, a global booster is created from PinnaPrison (the only current way to do this type of booster, as there is not much support for it yet, and no real API calling for a normal booster, like there is for the rest of the events this plugin has)
• Added a better plugin start and stop message.
