Added /kits setitemname <name> command. Sets the item display name for the item in your hand. <name> is the display name you want to rename the item to.

Added /kits setitemlore <lore> command. Sets the item lore for the item in your hand. <lore> is the display lore you want to set the item lore to. Separate lines with a comma.

Added PlaceholderAPI placeholder support to display names of kit items. They will be parsed whenever a player redeems the kit.
