Added support for the Hytale's Update 5.

Visibility Enhancement

Added /hidetrail to hide your equipped trail from your own view.
Added /showtrail to make your equipped trail visible to yourself again.
Added aliases /hidecosmetic and /showcosmetic.
Added configurable messages for hiding and showing your own trail.

Compatibility Update

Added compatibility for the latest pre release.
Fixed issues when the economy provider is not specified.

Per-World Trail Controls

Added support for enabled-worlds and disabled-worlds in config.
Trails now only work in allowed worlds and are blocked in restricted worlds.
