PlayerKits2 Config EN/ES vV3.1

Versions within the folders were updated (1.21.4 - 1.21.8 - 1.21.10).
Kits copied within the zip files were removed.
The missing kits were fixed in the section EN

All menu colors were changed.
All menu formats were redesigned.
The menu was completely rebuilt from scratch.
New kits and sections were added.
All sections were organized and properly configured.
The DeluxeMenus requirement was removed — now only PlayerKits2 is required.

Se cambiaron todos los formatos del menú.
Se reformó y se construyó el menú desde cero.
Se agregaron nuevos kits y nuevas secciones.
Se ordenaron y configuraron correctamente todas las secciones.
Se eliminó el requisito de DeluxeMenus — ahora solo se requiere PlayerKits2.
