PREMIUM Bliss SMP Addon/Config v2.7.1

added some special sound effects (no clue if it works but it shall be tested tomorrow! - but it should still work)

added a new lifegem ability and overall balanced the gem out

also fixed a bunch of bugs in the config due to EI updating again :/

there should be a part 2 to this update in 1/2 days

created a plugin that you can install onto your server to stop players from crafting a carrot on a stick which allows users to have infinite rerolls as it triggers the anti gem dupe.
