• New Mentions feature, with settings in config.yml and messages in messages.yml
• Made it so you can modify the message part of formats

• New setting in config.yml to allow or disallow /msg to vanished players.
• New message in messages.yml for what to show when trying to message a vanished player. Defaults to show the same message as when player can't be found.
• The plugin will now parse PAPI placeholders twice instead of once, to allow one placeholder to return a different placeholder, and have that one also be replaced.

Added /m as an alias for /msg
