Due to shulker dupe I added /hoppershulk on/off to disable shulker pulling until dupe is fixed

Hoppers below furnaces/blast furnaces/smokers now ONLY pull from result slot (index 2), matching vanilla behavior. Fuel and input slots are no longer touched.
