Adds advanced features used by PulseCore:
■ QUICK INSTALLATION
1. Download PulseCore.sk and place it into:
/plugins/Skript/scripts/
2. Reload Skript:
/sk reload PulseCore
3. Verify installation:
/broadcast Hello World!
/vote Test 1
4. You're done — customize messages and timings inside the file
■ IMPORTANT NOTES
• Fully standalone — only requires Skript + SkBee
