PunishGUI v4.2.3

Hey! PunishGUI is now compatible with 1.17 Paper & Spigot. Ontop of this i have finally had chance to fix UpdateChecker. Anyone you would like to see notifications in game will need the permission node pgui.admin this is given to OP's as a Default.

Removed Punishment jars, fixed a big with config not loading (sorry this was about 2 month late i forgot this site was a thing)

Hey welcome the finally 4.2.0 Update of PunishGUI. Today i have decided to Split the Plugin into two and Provided 2 Jars for Each version.
One will have our Own Punishment commands the One wont. This is so if you would like to use your own Punishment Plugin you can.
I was thinking about making a completely new plugin as a addon for PunishGUI to allow you to use our commands but i thought this might be a little Easier.
The "Puishment" Folder includes our Punishment Commands and the "Non-Punishment" Folder does not. If you have any questions please be sure to add me on Discord - mgmadnesstv#0132

We have officially added 1.13.x, 1.14.x, 1.15.x Support to PunishGUI. There is a version for 1.8.x - 1.12.x in the .zip as well ass a version for 1.13+. I will be adding Support for 1.16 and Paper in the coming weeks.

This is the Official 4.2.0 release. I think i managed to fix ALL issues with the config resetting itself when reload or restart. if not all you have to do is EDIT the config before you start the server. I will be releasing 1.13+ Support in the coming weeks i have the file ready i'm just going to be doing some extensive testing on this version to make sure everything is as expected. Anyway Have fun!
