Bug fixes, re-worked large portions of code, and added support for Quality Tools Addon

Added item qualities to bows, crossbows, and tridents, now will affect the accuracy, damage, speed, and knockback force dealt to entities! Although, this wont change if the trident has riptide.

v4.1

With the new /give_tool command, operators can now give themselves a tool or armor with a quality they choose, making it much easier to quickly equip themselves with customized gear for testing, gameplay, or administrative purposes!
