This license was given for free. What's this?
This config is a must-have for the most servers. The quests are balanced and if you would try to add that much to your server yourself you would need so long.
The owner is really friendly and helps you fast.

I looked also to other ressources, but as you can see, this add the most quests to your server!

I find it hard (mostly boring) to create quests, with this amazing configuration I don't have to worry about it! Toosie makes frequent updates to this resource, along with so many quests I don't even know if my players will ever finish them! The quests are very well balanced, and works well with all of Toosie's other configurations.
