Fixed Nexo configs

• The custom_model_data was missing from the Nexo configs.​

Added Nexo support, new cover.

• There's now Nexo support - dropped Oraxen, but can still be found on the previous versions.​

• Updated the cover for a better looking one.​

• Updated the README file.​

Fixed the resizer

  • As of recent updates, the attribute ID got changed. Updated accordingly.
