added a new Placeholder to get the cost of enchantment for custom GUI

- %RevEnchants_Enchant_CostOF_Number_EnchantID% (get Enchants' cost for next 5 levels)
- Ex.; Please make sure the ID is the same as the one in the config Enchants name is case sensitive
- Ex.; Please make sure the Number to get total of next levels you want get price of
- if you change Number to 5 it will give you the total cost of the next 5 level
