Removed DRM + Added support for 1.21.8!

Added debug option in config.yml and made it work 1.14-1.20

• Added multipliers based on inactivity.

• Added License System - join the discord server and do /rvlicense after doing /sync to claim your license automatically, or you can open a ticket.

Bug fix:

• Fixed a bug which made the players get double the rewards.
• Fixed other minor bugs.

Added Playtime based Rewards full configurable from config.yml
Explanation:
- If a player quits playing on your server and had an playtime of 100 hours on the server. He will be granted with custom rewards.
