The customer service is really good, the map is amazing and overall a 9 out of 10. Reason I only put a 9 is because the 'custom' announcements are just AI generated TTS, but besides that, you can't really go wrong with it.

Pretty big. Everything works as intended. I would recommend, but I do have 1 thing that brings this down. Since everything its made of unions and parts, its a bit laggy, and very very hard to optimize. I wish everything was mesh, because what Im using this project for. I might have to go buy a second map because of this. Still mostly held up to my expectations.

Also Musk I've loved working on this project with you, hopefully we can figure out a different solution to this problem.

Amazing service and amazing map. 10/10

Very well built foundation with lots of support from the owner including fixing old and out dated stuff.

I was really impressed with ARC-20. The attention to detail in both the architecture and the systems is outstanding—everything feels immersive and well thought-out. The advanced mechanics like the tram system, malfunctioning doors, and gas leak repairs make the facility feel alive, not just a static map.

Performance was surprisingly smooth considering how much is going on, and the SCP models are high-quality.

Overall, ARC-20 exceeded my expectations in both quality and depth. It’s easily one of the best SCP maps I’ve seen, and it sets a high standard for similar projects. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fully-featured SCP facility with immersive systems and strong design.
