Spawner Plus v1.2

We have introduced a mandatory license system to protect the software and support our users more effectively. All users are now required to request their license via our Discord server. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

I have thoroughly refactored the plugin to resolve all reported bugs and inconsistencies while significantly improving overall stability and maintainability:

• GUI Hardening: Implemented centralized click cancellation across all BaseGUI-based menus to fully prevent item stealing issues.
• AdminSettingsGUI: Refactored layout for improved visual clarity, introduced unique icons per feature, and standardized labeling for disabled states (“GLOBAL DISABLED”). Fixed navigation logic, including the Back button behavior.
• Spawner Manager: Expanded the spawner icon lore to clearly and consistently display the status of Relics, Evolution, and Market Events—even when globally disabled—ensuring full transparency.
• Build Infrastructure: Upgraded the entire project to Java 21, aligning with modern industry standards and improving long-term maintainability and performance.
