[MUST UPDATE] - Changes

This is a very well update for SternalBoard, i removed unnecessary code & now im using the utils of the scoreboard this way I avoid using repetitive code.
I know that I am updating the plugin a lot, but it helps to keep improving and I learn even more.

SternalBoard | Update

Hello users, today i did the most claimed update.

SternalBoard already supports 1.18x (It will be avabiable when 1.18x gets released)
We added "toggle" in config.yml options by default it's enabled just switch it to false (U can activate it again by commands)
Improved some code & fixed 1 internal bug.
Also removed bStats from my project.

Fixed 1.17.1 & 1.16.5 issues (Removed some entities packets)
Also, added /sternalboard toggle.
+ Cleaned the code & updated the version.
