Fixed crossbow pull sometimes not working and flooding console

Fixed a bug that caused weapons to get reset on restart

• added a new command /strength item <strength/reroller> <player> <amount>

- Shield now gives resistance instead of reducing damage manually while your shield is stunned and duration and amplifier can be configured
