It's not often you get a creator that has an insane amount of patience. Reported a possible bug, and admitted my confusion, but I didn't get a sarcastic remark, or any negativity. This amazing creator just brushed it off with no issue and said "It's fine, no worries"
It was like I was getting a virtual hug lol Gave me the fix and didn't make me feel dumb. Wish more creators were like this. Not everyone is an expert and amazing customer service can get you far.
