TowerClash v1.3.0

IMPORTANT IF YOU ALLREADY HAVE THIS PLUGIN ACTIVE:
The plugin has been updated to handle arenas. You need to create new arenas by selecting the area with the wand tool (setting pos1 and pos2) and configuring the arena; it will then be automatically generated in a void world and removed once the game ends. Therefore, back up your arenas, delete all old configuration files, and set everything up again!
