Ultimate Movement System v0.3

This is a huge UPDATE which improves the system 10 fold adds a ton of new features check it out here

amer_k from my discord server has gaven me a working build for mobile/console support using contextactionservice. this is again untested for the most part. my testing showed it worked for the most part and is cleaner. once I get the time I will make a proper build trying to suport everything on mobile and improvements to code itself! please contact me on discord if issues are found.

I added mobile + console support sort of.
it should work for the most part but is very minimal. it cant do all settings etc
I also removed a missleading option I was playing around with that I never implemented (related to jumping)
improved the code "a teeny weeny bit" by adding type anotation

I want to announce I will 99% be making an update on this update to fix any bugs that happen with it. or any problems. or just in general to cleanup the code. remember this was made for you to make your own stuff/customize. but the bloat is becoming a lot haha. so I will try my best to make a new update thank you for your trust!
