Great addition to a well established server, it's something new that I haven't really seen before, the gameplay is interesting and never the same, this dev team is active on discord 24/7 and helping with issues, well deserved 5 stars.
TLDR: The server runs perfect on Java, and there's a few issues with Bedrock, however, it is not at the fault of Simon or server setup. After multiple tests, it comes down to Geyser and GeyserUtil, which a ticket has already been submitted. Simon is awesome and works with you to get you your server running. Be patient and respectful with him, and he'll for sure do the same to you. He is super professional.
Long version, after purchased and server up and running: as everything already mentioned in my prior post "Before Purchasing", the experience of this game has been awesome. There's lots to do, from simple questing to dungeons, and random mini bosses. I bought and had this server custom made by Simon (for an additional fee) just to cater it only for my friends and family. All premiums converted to purchasable in-game currency (option to do free, but I wanted it to be earned by my friends/family, not given freely) and he made it work. There were some hiccups here and there, but he was fast, professional, and never did he go over a day without a response. We live different time zones, so for us working to fix some things took a little time, but I had no doubt that the next day I would wake up that he wouldn't have replied to me.
Simon's English is very good as well, and he is polite and professional (I can't stress that enough). Though I found bugs here and there, Simon quickly fixed it. I did have to set up some things to make it easier for Simon, such as creating an FTP access for him so he can fix the server (and I learned along the way how to do it), and I even learned how to create servers using Crafty, which totally changed how I manage and run Minecraft Servers now via QNAP NAS Docker Station.
Simon provided me all the files that I requested, all the fixes, etc. so that I can always revert back to what I customized. I had purchased two prior servers before, but it was always a hassle to talk to them... either they didn't understand my English wants and needs, or I couldn't understand their limitation. Either way, at the end of the day, asking just for the fixed files and custom files that I had custom purchased was like pulling legs and arms and cutting them off to where I just gave up asking (so I have a working server, but if it gets corrupted, deleted, or whatever, I don't have the fixed custom files, only the original/default ones that is downloadable from BuiltByBit. Simon solved this easy issue, he gave me a zip of all the changes. What? Zip files? Yeah, it's not that hard developers... just follow Simon please.
All-in-all, my only grip is still with Geyser itself... many of the mods requires GeyserUtil, which isn't working so well atm with "item_frames" and that's bothersome (my OCD)... hopefully Geyser devs will fix it. Other than that, Simon is a beast, he is a great dev, and a great, professional creator you can trust, buy, and receive service from!
This server setup is honestly top notch. Best server setup out there (I look through them all). Aside from how great the server is, the developer is even cooler. Great guy to chat with. He helped troubleshoot some issues I was having with my account on here when he could have left me to figure it out on my own. Great dude, great server. 10/10

The Bedrock issues you mentioned are Geyser limitations which cannot be fixed neither by me nor the Geyser team unfortunately.
