good plugin, good support 10/10

The best auction house plugin, and even better if you have cross-server. I've been using it for a while now and havent had any problems. P.S.: Support could be improved.

Terrible support, lots of bugs, staff are unwilling to fix issues or help you. There is a very easy dupe glitch that happens just from posting items on the ah. They are actively developing a v4 of this that is PUBLIC on github instead of working on the plugin that they offer that is paid.

Good plugin, however support is very slow and took me over a week to get the help I needed.

I love this, plugin! Nice and clean configuration and it works on 1.21.4. The best player auction plugin ive seen!!

I just want to point out my experience with this. While the plugin provides the features you need for Auction House, the price doesn't match the plugin's features and support. Others are already pointing it out, the support is really terrible. At least they should inform you if the response may be delayed or any updates but nothing, they leave your concerns without any updates.

They also sell addons which should already be available by default, the only reason why we tried this plugin is because of dupe issues. But this strips out some useful features, which is why we no longer use it.

The plugin itself is okay and gets the job done. The support in their Discord on the other hand is absolutely terrible. They provide short and unclear answers and just ignored me for several days. Eventually the support ticket just gets closed because their bot automatically closes tickets if you do not send any message within 24 hours (which wouldn't be a problem on its own) but it gets closed even if the support team doesn't reply to you. So you have to remember to send a random message every 24 hours just in hope for a response back. Again, it's an okay plugin- just forget about even asking for any support. I'm not the only one who has had a terrible experience with their support team either. Usually I don't like writing bad reviews and would prefer to tell the team directly this- but they have consistently ignored me. Hopefully it will signal to the devs and support team to do better.

Terrible support
first thing they do when you join there server is make fun of you , i wanted support for an issue i am having , they kept on arguing me on why the fact i am not polite by reading there discord rules they made fun of me once i joined the discord
plugin does not even start plugin is "starting"
i will change this feedback if thing get sorted out

Customer service is as spectacular as the plugin it's self! <3

The plug works properly, a big plus is the possibility of receiving payment / ah claim, which makes it stand out. The author did not want to provide me with information about the functionality without verifying the purchase (it was not a support request), he asked me to register on his website for which I did not have the time or the desire. I take one star for this situation.
